This privacy notice (“Notice”) explains how Tofugear will collect and use information (“Personal Data”) you provide, or which Tofugear collects, in connection with any Tofugear cloud products and services.  This Notice does not apply to a Tofugear customer who collects, uses or processes Personal Data through the use of Tofugear platforms.

By using Tofugear cloud products and services or entering in to any agreements with Tofugear, you agree that Tofugear may use your Personal Data in accordance with this Notice.

The Personal Data that Tofugear collects from you may include information relating to identifications, professional or employment-related information, financial account information, commercial information, visual information, and internet activity information.  Tofugear may collect, use and share such information, subject to local data privacy laws, for reasons connected to Tofugear’s business and relationship with you, including to:

(a) approve, manage, administer or effect the purchases you made online for Tofugear services and perform the contract between you and Tofugear for the use of Tofugear services and contents you accessed and requested;

(b) meet the compliance obligations of Tofugear;
(c) promote the security of Tofugear’s platform and services by tracking and investigating suspicious activities, verifying accounts and activity, managing the risk of any act or attempt to circumvent or violate any law relating to these matters;
(d) manage user registrations and handling contact and user support requests;

(e) verify your identity and manage payments; and
(f) improve user experience and Tofugear services.

In carrying out these purposes Tofugear may transfer and disclose your Personal Information to:
(a) any sub-contractors, agents, advisers or service providers of the Tofugear (including their employees, directors and officers) for purposes and pursuant to the legal bases described above;
(b) any regulatory authorities to the extent Tofugear is legally obliged to provide your Personal Data;
(c) any third party in connection with a transfer, disposal, merger or acquisition of business by Tofugear, wherever located.  Your information will be protected by appropriate security and technical measures to keep your information secure.  Such information may be transferred to a place outside the country of your residence.
